Prolific Health Yoga pants are a nylon and elastic material, they come in a variety of colors and are available in full ankle length and capris.
These pants are super comfortable, they are a very lite weight and breathable nylon and spandex material. They run very true to size, I am 5'2, about 130 pounds, and I usually wear a size medium/large. I purchased a large just to be safe and they fit perfectly. The are very form fitting to my body and curves, but have alot of elasticity so they are very easy and comfortable to move around in. The waist can be worn as a low flip or left high length. I got the full length ombre blue color and I absolutely love them. Great for yoga, working out, or just everyday comfort wear. I will definitely be purchasing other styles and colors.

My friend have also bought these prolific yoga pants and finding them good. I am very happy with my alo yoga pants. Have bought few for now. But very happy with its experience and planning to have few more for my sister also. She will really love them.
