Candid Essentials Sunless Tanning Lotion

Since I dont have much time to lay out in the sun I needed a self tanning lotion that would give me a natural bronzed look. Ive tried many different self tanning lotions and they always gave my skin an orange tint and gave me a very streaky and blotchy look.
Candid Essentials Sunless Tanning Lotion is z blend of natural ingredients that are safe for all types of skin, fragrance free, and hypoallergenic. The ingredients include deionized water, helliantus annus (sunflower) seed oil, soya bean oil, dihydroxyacitone, (DHA), theobroma cocao (cocoa) seed butter, emulsifying wax NF, palm stearate, xanthan gum, aloe barbadensis (aloe) leaf juice, tocopherol (vitamin E), camellia sinensis (japanese green tea) leaf extract, phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol (99% naturally derived). This lotion comes in a 8 oz. Brown bottle with a pump top for easy dispensing and application. The lotion itself is white in color and a thick creamy consistency. I tested this product out on my legs ( where my skin in the fairest) to see how well it worked with my skin, I applyed one pump to my tanning mit and rubbed it evenly over my legs as directed, I waited 10 minutes for it to dry before getting dressed to prevent my clothes from sticking or rubbing it off. Prior to use I used an exfoliating wash and shaved my legs so I would get an even look and it could absorb into a fresh layer of skin and not flake off with dead skin cells. I gave it a few hours to develop on my skin, but didnt see much of a difference after my first application. The next day when I went to do a second application I saw more of a difference, but it wasnt as dark as I wanted it to be so I did a did another application.
It took more product and time then I had expected it to take, but after my second application and giving it time to really settle into my skin I did achieve the look I wanted. It gave my skin a dark bronzed streak free color, it didnt turn me orange or give me a uneven blotchy look like most other products Ive used in the past have. I got about a week out of it before I noticed the color starting to fade evenly.
This sunless tanning lotion is good to use for a quick tan, depending on your skin tone the final color will vary. I recommend using a tanning mit when applying this to your skin to get a more even and natural look (mit sold separately)
