Diamond Elite Stress Reduction Formula directs you to take 1 capsule 1 - 2 times daily. Unless you are ready to lay in bed and go to sleep, do not take this product during the day. It contains dimethylaminoethanol bitrartrate which is a sleep aid and causes drowsiness. This product works well if you are using it ONLY as a sleep aid, it relaxes your mind and body to help you fall asleep. It does cause you to wake up feeling drowsy if you do not get enough sleep. I had to discontinue use as a stress relief product, but am still continuing use as a sleep aid.
