I used this foot file on both wet and dry skin. I have received the best result while using the rotating foot file while wet. The rotating file spins quickly and has two different speed levels to rid of all that unwanted dead skin on your feet. Adding ampoé into your foot care routine not only saves you lots of money not having to go to the salon but also saves you alot of time.
