Cook FX Baing mats is a two pack silicone coated over mat. They are made to prevent food from sticking without the use of butters, oils, and cooking sprays. I always use parchment paper when I bake, it cuts cleaning time in more then half, but constantly having to repurchase can get expensive. These mats do the same exact thing while saving you money, they are easy to wash and reusable. I also use them on my counter to make sugar cookies with cutter, they slide right off. My cookies come out perfect and alid right off the tray. I will be using all these mats for all my baking need thanks to the health benefits, clean up, and saving money.
